Quality Assurance:

1.      To offer the products that accord with design standard and qualified quality according to the contract requirement strictly.

2.      To check and control the quality of raw materials, the original device and the fittings strictly.

3.      To guarantee that the processing workmanship of the apparatus are perfect, and ex-factory product without defect.

4.      To shoulder all responsibility for problems of supplying, quality, equipment performance, technological interface and the service, etc of subcontractor. According to the key part of the contract, subcontractor must be approved by the demanding part and accord with the demands for relevant qualification.

5.      To offer related departments standard and drawing according to contract, and provide convenience to them. To notify demanding part and supervision representatives 7 days ahead of time in the shut-down and waiting to be examined position of supervision equipments.

6.      To notify require part and supervision representatives quality defect appearing in the manufacturing process of equipments in time, and do not conceal. If the equipment defect exceeds the standard that the contract stipulates, the supplier can change unconditionally. In the course of installing and commission, if the equipment present the quality problem, we will handle problem first, and then distinguish responsibility. All meet the demand of project process.

7.      To insure the supplied equipment during the process of making, transportation, loading and unloading. Once we meet accident, we will change and repair the equipment free according to the requirement of demanding part as soon as possible, until the demanding part is satisfied.

8.      In the course of unpacking, if we find lack of spare part or absence for any other reasons, we are responsible for making up free as soon as possible. If the quality problem that found in installation, commission or operation in the future is due to my company, we will be responsible for it and compensate for the direct economic losses of supplier.
